As you arrive on the campus on Pacific Coast Highway, please drive past the first parking lot and the hospital building. Follow signs to the Hospital Parking and park in the 4-story parking structure. Our building is connected at the 2nd level.

For refills, please contact your pharmacy and have them generate a fax to our office. We will take care of it on the same day. Please allow extra time on Fridays and weekends. 

For billing questions, please call our office, Mon-Thurs, 9AM-2PM.
